PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING
The main aim of this training is to organize the knowledge on the role of the secretariat (front desk) in the effective functioning of the institutions / companies and principles of professional image of the secretariat (front desk). Increasing awareness about the impact personal image has on the self-perception and the perceived image of institutions by visiting customers and colleagues. During the training, we pass both theoretical and practical solutions for a properly functioning Secretariat (front desk) and in the role of professional image. Great emphasis is placed on the skills to match the image of the individual role with the appearance of the institution and its competence.
PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
- Familiarize participants with the principles of a properly functioning secretariat (front desk)

- Familiarize participants with the principles of effective internal communication with colleagues at work
